Our Bylaws were originally recorded by the Bend Title Company in the State of Oregon, County of Deschutes on 12 April, 1979, in Book 296 on Page 800 Records of Deeds. I have scanned the typewritten document, and converted it to electronic character text. I did a quick proof-reading for errors that may have crept in during the conversion process. An Amendment and Supplemental Declaration to our Bylaws to cover the addition to the Association of Unit Numbers 41 - 52 was recorded in the State of Oregon, County of Deschutes in Book 300 on Page 689 Records of Deeds. I don't have the sheet that shows the date on which it was recorded. Here is a copy of this amendment.
A Supplemental Declaration of Unit Ownership to cover the addition to the Association of Unit Numbers 53 - 66 was recorded by Danial P. Kehoe, President of North Shore Development Corporation, an Oregon corporation, on behalf of the corporation, in the State of Oregon, County of Deschutes on 22 October, 1981, in Book 350 on Page 76 Records of Deeds. Here is a copy of this final amendment.
