Secretary's Notes
As many of you know, each month when I publish the newsletter, I send an e-mail announcement of its publication to all the names on the Association's e-mail list. Every once in a while, one of those e-mails "bounces" back to me, letting me know that one of our e-mail addressees has discontinued his/her service or has changed to another internet service provider.
If you used to receive the notification that the newsletter was published, but no longer do, perhaps it is because I don't have your current e-mail address. If you would like to send me your e-mail address to add to my list, you can do so by clicking here. You may send the e-mail with an empty body, so long as the subject line is filled in.
Some of the Wildflower II owners have graciously shared digital photographs that they have taken of our properties, the Meadows golf course, or scenic attractions around Sunriver. If you have a picture or two that you would like to share with other owners, send it to me as an attachment to an e-mail and I will attempt to add it to one of our website newsletters.
If you are contemplating service on our Board, please submit your biographical sketch to Deanna so that she can include it with the packet that she will send to the ownership on September 1st. If you were a candidate last year, please consider running again. We need interested owners to join the board.
If by any chance you have neglected to return your dues payment or your special assessment payment, please do so as soon as possible. It is especially troubling if you are one whose property has already received a new roof, but you have not yet paid your special assessment. There are other owners who have paid their assessments, but will not receive a new roof until 2002, or in some cases 2003.
Maintaining our common elements is the common responsibility of us all. Also our commitment to address our maintainance proactively has added considerably to the attractiveness of our properties - both as rentals, and as our second homes. I hear there are even waiting lists of potential buyers for our condos, which has increased our property value substantially in the last year. Your payment of your dues returns to you many times over:
If for any reason you are unable to pay the full assessment now, please contact Deanna so that you can arrange a mutually agreeable payment schedule.
