Secretary's Notes

As usual following the annual Owners' Meeting, I'll devote this column to including some snapshots taken at the meeting, as well as giving you links to the meeting minutes and to the presentation of the Treasurer's Report and Capital Reserve Study update.

We honor Ron Wise's long service to our board.

During the meeting we discussed replacing our fencing with a more uniform fencing that would be less costly to maintain. Here are 1 2 and 3 examples of the fencing at Circle Four condos that one owner suggested we consider..
