Secretary's Comments
Nearly four years ago, the Association developed a Mission Statement and Goals for itself.
In the intervening years not much has been said about this; however, the Board, the Manager and the Membership of our Association has quietly continued to act under these precepts.
It's interesting now, to look back and see how well we have done in achieving the goals that we set for ourselves then.
One of the success indicators of our first goal, that of good management, was that we would see our property values appreciate measurably.
In the past year or two, my husband and I have received many unsolicited offers to purchase our Wildflower condominium; I'm sure you have as well.
Some few owners have taken advantage of these offers, selling their units and moving on to other pursuits.
We welcome our Association's new owners; we are honored that people interested in Sunriver will choose Wildflower II as their new home.
Also, we are interested in the comments of the departing members.
Here, in part, are the words of one such former owner:
Before we made our decision, we considered the following assessments of the Sunriver real estate market:
[We] will miss the Wildflower community. The Association's professional growth in the last five years is nothing less than phenomenal and we have enjoyed being a very small part of the planning and accomplishments.
So, thank you to each and every owner. We set goals for ourselves; we are achieving them. We, as an Association, are continuously improving - to our individual as well as our collective benefit.
