Pictures from the Windstorm

The middle of last month, Deanna reported that Sunriver experienced winds up to 45 miles per hour for most of the day.

The next day there was quite a lot of clean up to do. Several trees and limbs had come down on Wildflower common grounds.

A tree that fell in front of Units 53/54 wiped out a several rails and blocked the parking area. It missed a car by a couple of feet. (click for picture).

One tree behind Units 58/59 (click for picture) scraped the back deck as it fell. There was no damage to the deck or railing, but paint touch up will be necessary (click for picture).

Two tree tops broke off, one behind Unit 66(click for picture) and another behind Unit 37(click for picture).

Deanna called out an emergency crew immediately to deal with the downed trees. She reports that there was no serious damage, commenting, "We were lucky!".
