What is Your Vision for the Wildflower II Association?

What do you think are the principal distinguishing characteristics of the Wildflower’s?

How do you think we should preserve and enhance these?

Where would you like to see us in one year, three years, five years?

• Some people envision rustic, homey cabins, affordable and inexpensively maintained.
• Others see the Wildflower’s as more luxurious, compatible with a forest setting, but appealing to vacationers with upscale tastes.  They want to commit funds to refurbish our exteriors within a shorter time frame.

What are your talents?

We need people with creativity, flexibility, team work responsiveness and the ability to communicate and listen.

We are a large association. 48 units? That's at least 75 unique opinions. We need board members to represent us who listen and communicate effectively and who can work cooperatively with other board members to look for solutions that are acceptable to all.

What are your skills?

Construction	Law	Accounting
Insurance	Project Management	Communication

Our board hires the professional services of an accountant, lawyer, insurance agent building contractor and Association Manager, but if you have expertise in any of those areas, we need you.  You can help us evaluate the products and services that we purchase.  You can direct us to resources of which we are unaware.
