From The Property Manager

Melvin E. Nunn

The months of May, June, and July have been very busy and exciting. We have been busy doing preventative maintenance and improving the appearance of all the Wildflower II units. The exterior of each unit has been inspected and repair is underway.

Preventative maintenance includes the cleaning, sealing and staining of all decks; staining deck rails; painting; sealing and staining of entrance doors; and adding protective coatings to the flat and sloped roofs to extend the life.

Lamp posts have been stained, the house numbers have been repainted, rain gutters have been added to protect the decks in specific units, The rail fence has been repaired, the irrigation system has received major repairs, trash enclosures have been repaired and we have completed a large amount of ladder fuel reduction. All the repairs and maintenance are being coordinated with the rental agents so as not to interfere nor impact the rental schedules.

I am in the process of removing all wood and other material from underneath the rear decks to be in compliance with our rules. If you have a boat, wheelbarrow or other material under your deck, please remove as soon as possible.

We completed ladder fuel reduction in our property at the old swimming pool in front of Wildflower I, and it is a great improvement to the area. Preservation, maintenance, and protecting and enhancing the common areas will increase the value of each owner's investment.

The community looks great and comments from renters, owners, rental agents, golfers and visitors have been very frequent and very favorable. You can be assured your investment has increased significantly in value. The next time you are here compare Wildflower I and Wildflower II and notice the difference. I would appreciate the owners comments and suggestions to further improve Wildflower II. Send your comments to mnunn@cmc.net.
