In December's newsletter I called for any owners who might like to join a work party to hang and remove Christmas lights. We did have a nice response, with Doug Clark volunteering his teenagers for the task. However, when the time actually arrived, it turned out that there was so much snow that the fences were almost entirely covered. Hanging lights would have presented an electrical hazard. Instead, Doug graciously took pictures for inclusion in this month's newsletter.

The board asks all owners to inspect their units frequently. Report any leaks to Deanna promptly, so as to avoid extensive interior damage. If you are an out-of-town owner, please ask your property manager to do regular inspections. If you do not have a property manager, Elite Management Services can provide inspection service for a nominal fee. Snowfall has been especially heavy this year, as you can see.
