Deanna has already sent to each owner a complete package of the minutes from the Owners meeting, held in October. 
Included with the package was a hard copy of the Treasurer's Report as well as an update of the Capital Reserve Study.
What wasn't included in the package was the less formal part of the owner's meeting. During an informal lunch we welcomed new owners and renewed our acquaintence with others whom we sometimes see only once a year.
We also had a lot to congratulate ourselves about this year, specifically, the completion of the roofs on all units, and the beginning of the restoration and sealing of our siding.
During our luncheon, before the meeting began, Ray Cook gave us a slide show of pictures of our units showing these upgrades.
