This process has a lifetime of two to four years, so we have added this to our capital reserve schedule to be redone on a regular basis.

Not only does this improve the "look" of our units, it contributes to the preservation of the siding. This, in turn, prevents us from having to entertain the notion of replacing the siding at some later date.
